Return Conditions

You can return your Cupparo Pro within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product is in perfect condition
• All original parts and accessories are included (device, suction heads, charging cable, manual)
• The original packaging is present
• The return request was submitted within 30 days of delivery

Email us at support@cupparo.de with your order number and reason for return.

Prepare your return

We will send you the return address by email. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Send your package

Safely package the product in its original packaging and send it to the specified address. Please note: The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the buyer.

Receive your refund

After checking the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

⚠️ Important: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend insured shipping, as we are not liable for loss or damage during return transport.

Warranty

The Cupparo Pro comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper use is excluded.
